DTC P0483 COOLING FAN RATIONALITY CHECK

Detect the function abnormality of the radiator
fan.
Judge NG when the engine coolant temperature
slowly decreases even when the radiator fan is rotating.
Diagnostic enable condition is completed
if the radiator fan changes from OFF to ON when all of the conditions
below are completed. When one of the conditions below is not completed,
the diagnostic enable condition is not completed.
