Judge NG when the low clutch timing solenoid
becomes battery short, ground short or open circuit.
Low clutch timing solenoid Low clutch timing
solenoid is installed to the transmission hydraulic control valve body.
This solenoid is switched on or off by the signal from TCM. This
allows controlling the low clutch timing valve B and reverse inhibitor
valve.
