Always perform the diagnosis continuously.
Judge OK/NG by tumble generator
valve driving IC, and then the result is sent to main IC. At the
main IC, judge NG when the NG signal is sent for 10 times in a row.
Judge OK and clear the NG when the OK signal is sent.
