      PRE-DELIVERY
      INSPECTION (PDI) PROCEDURE
      |

     The Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) consists
    of two parts. Part 1,

Initial Pre-Delivery Inspection, should be filled
out and completed by the originally invoiced dealer within 5 days of delivery.
Part 2, Final Pre-Delivery Inspection, should be completed by the retailing
dealer as evidence that a final pre-delivery inspection was performed before
the customer took delivery of the car.

       NOTE:

      The Pre-Delivery Inspection
forms must remain with the car, even if it is transferred to another dealer.
