The product is classified as dangerous goods when transporting. Special regulations apply to packaging, marking and transport, therefore existing lead times cannot be guaranteed.

The product is extremely flammable. May be hazardous if inhaled after frequent and repeated exposure. May be hazardous in case of prolonged skin contact. Pressurized can. Must not be exposed to direct sunlight or temperatures above +50 ° C. Must not be punctured or burned. Also applies to empty can. Do not spray toward open flame or glowing materials. 3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION

Highly flammable. The product can produce vapours that can form a flammable mixture with air at temperatures close to or above the flash point. Heating may cause the container to explode. Defats the skin. Inhalation of high vapour concentrations may have narcotic effect.

Take off contaminated clothing immediately.

Inhalation

Fresh air, warmth and rest. Seek medical advice.

Skin

Wash skin immediately with soap and water. Moisturize with suitable skin cream. In case of skin irritation, seek medical advice.

Eyes

Rinse the eyes for a long time with plenty of water. Seek medical treatment. Hold the eyelids wide apart.

Special properties and risks

The vapours are heavier than air and collect at floor level and low-lying areas. Flammable vapours that can combine with air to form an explosive mixture are produce at temperatures far below room temperature.

Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothes. Do not breathe vapours. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Store away from direct sunlight, heat, fire and other sources of ignition. Take precautionary measures against static discharges.

Storage instructions

Store in a dry, well-ventilated place. Keep away from fire and direct sunlight. No smoking. Keep cool and dry, away from food, drink and animal feeding stuffs. Pressurized container: do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50ºC. Heating may cause the container to explode. Store indoors. Avoid cooling below 0ºC.

Control procedures
