Open the bonnet and protect the wings with drapes. Remove the front grille and remove the horn.

2.

Detach the washer hoses from the retaining clips in the bumper and remove the wiper arms.
Remove the direction indicator lamps and headlamps and unplug the connectors.

3.
|
Raise the car and remove the air shields. Unplug the outside temperature sensor connector and detach the washer hose.
|
|
4.
|
Unplug the fog light connectors and detach the front edges of the wing liners from the bumper. Remove the bumper retaining bolts and pull the bumper forwards.

5.
|
Detach the hoses from the charge air cooler and remove the charge air cooler.

Hang the charge air cooler in position, noting the position of the foam plastic seal and rubber bush on the left-hand side, and fit the hoses.

2.
|
Tighten the charge air cooler's retaining bolts.
|
|
3.
|
Position the bumper and tighten the bolts.
Secure the front edges of the wing liners to the bumper and plug in the fog light connectors.

4.
|
Plug in the outside temperature sensor's connector, attach the washer hose and fit the air shields. Lower the car.

5.
|
Plug in the connectors and fit the headlamps and direction indicator lamps.
|
|
6.
|
Fit the horn and bolt the front grille back in place.
