Conditions
The following conditions apply for the DTC in question:
•
|
P0115:
Voltage on control module sensor input exceeds 4.7 V for 0.6 seconds.
|
•
|
P0116:
Voltage on control module sensor input is below 0.3 V for 0.6 seconds.
|
•
|
P0117:
If the engine speed has exceeded 2000 rpm and the coolant temperature has not exceeded 0°C (32°F) after 3 minutes.

Diagnostic help
P0115:
The control module uses -25°C (-13°F) as a substitute value for the glow duration control and 50°C (122°F) as a substitute value for the start of pressure build-up calculation. The reading on the diagnostic tool is -50°C (-58°F). If P0115, P0120 and P0195 are present in the control module then the lead to pin 93 is shorted to B+. The short can be located anywhere in the circuit.
P0116:
The control module uses -25°C (-13°F) as a substitute value for the glow duration control and 50°C (122°F) as a substitute value for the start of pressure build-up calculation. The reading on the diagnostic tool is 200°C (392°F).
P0117:
The control module uses 0°C (32°F) as a substitute value. The reading on the diagnostic tool is the same as the fuel temperature.
