The radio antenna is an AM/FM antenna of telescopic type, located on the left rear wing. The antenna is driven by an electric motor and is extended and retracted automatically by an actuating motor.
| Function |
The antenna motor is powered with a trigger voltage from pin 5(A) on the main unit and is grounded through its mounting in the chassis.
The antenna signal is fed via a coaxial cable to the antenna connection on the main unit.
The car has been prepared with pre-mounted aerial and coaxial cable for retrofitting a radio.
