The diagnostic tool's screen does not go on when the ON button is pressed. No system can be contacted.
The text on the diagnostic tool's display reads: “No contact with any bus system”. “Cause: No communication with DICE”.
The word “ MISSING ” flashes on the diagnostic tool's display for one or more systems.
