      | 1. | Remove the distributor cap and
unplug the Hall sensor connector.

      | 2. | Undo the bolt securing the distributor.

      | 3. | Withdraw the distributor.

      | 
        On refitting, rotate the distributor shaft until the drive dog engages
the slot in the camshaft (the slot is offset).
        |

      | 1. | Remove the distributor cap

      | 2. | Remove the rotor by crushing it using a pair of slip-joint pliers.

             Make sure that no pieces of the crushed rotor fall into the
distributor.

   To fit
  
  
   When fitting the new rotor, make sure that it is firmly locked
onto the distributor shaft. Use Loctite 601
or the equivalent.
