The SPORT indicator lamp is inoperative.

Condition

If the SPORT function in the TCM is inoperative, see Automatic transmission, Fault diagnosis, diagnostic trouble code or Fault diagnosis, fault symptoms .

Diagnostic help

The SPORT indicator lamp can be activated with the diagnostic tool.

Contact the TCM.

-	Select “Activate”

-	Select “SPORT”

Check the wiring harness

Jiggle the wiring harness at several points and in different directions to detect intermittent breaks and short-circuits in the leads. Observe the multimeter, test lamp or diagnostic tool during the test.
