Remote control
Remote control |
When retrofitting anti-theft alarm, another 2 remote controls are needed. Remote control can also be retrofitted on cars without anti-theft alarm.
There are three variants of the remote control with different transmission frequencies and ranges. See .
Function |
Point the remote control towards the car. When a button is pressed, the remote control sends a control signal which is received by the remote control receiver unit. The range is approx. 8 metres.
The signal from the remote control is a fixed identification code (each remote control has its own code) and a “rolling code” which is changed each time a button is pressed.
