| Important | ||
| This test must not be carried out for longer than 5 seconds! It is not recommended for turbo variants. | ||
| 1. | Remove the test plug from the transmission casing and connect an oil pressure gauge. | |
| 2. | Chock all four wheels on the car.   | |
| 3. | Apply the handbrake fully.   | |
| 4. | Press the brake pedal down hard.   | |
| 5. | Start the engine and check the idling speed
       
        :
       
       900 rpm.

| 6. | Move the selector lever to position D and check the system pressure as indicated in the table.   | |
| 7. | Move the selector lever to position R and check the system pressure as indicated in the table.
