Driver Belt Tensioner. Open Circuit

Driver Belt Tensioner. Short to Ground
B2443
Driver Belt Tensioner. Short to B+
B2444
Driver Belt Tensioner. Resistance too Low
Fault symptoms
Airbag warning lamp on.
Conditions
The following conditions are applicable to the respective diagnostic trouble codes:
B2441

The resistance measured by the control module is higher than 3.9 Ω for 10 s.
|
|
•
|
The resistance measured by the control module is higher than 225 Ω for 160 ms.
|
Fault diagnosis will not be carried out if diagnostic trouble code B2442 or B2443 has been generated.
B2442
|
•
|
Voltage on LHD pin 9/RHD pin 45 in control module is below 1.5 V for 1.25 s.
|
B2443
|
•
|
Voltage on LHD pin 8/RHD pin 15 in control module is greater than 3.5 V for 1.25 s.
|
B2444
|
•
|
The resistance measured by the control module is lower than 1.41 Ω for 20 s.
|
Fault diagnosis will not be carried out if diagnostic trouble code B2442 or B2443 has been generated.
