Performance test A/C system

•
|
Doors, windows and engine hood must be closed.
|
|
•
|
Engine speed must be in the range 1500-2000 rpm.
|
|
•
|
All panel vents must be open.
|
|
•
|
ACC: Position “LO” must be selected on the ACC-unit.
(Max fan speed, distribution damper in VENT-position and recirculation ON).

•
|
Manual A/C: Fan speed 4.
|
|
•
|
Manual A/C: Distribution damper in position “VENT”.
|
|
•
|
Manual A/C: Recirculation.
|
|
•
|
Manual A/C: Heater control in max cooling position.
|
|
•
|
Read the temperature 100 mm in from the centre panel vent. Read the temperature after 5 minutes. The temperature should lie between 6-12˚C. The difference between cut-in and cut-out should be between 3-6˚C.
