Wash the component with Teroson FL cleaner.
|
2.
|
Grind the damaged area with a low-speed tool and abrasive paper 80 - 120. Continue with abrasive paper 180 - 200.

3.
|
Grind the edges with abrasive paper 240 - 320.
|
4.
|
If there are deep indentations, “round off” the edges with abrasive paper.
|
5.
|
Mask off the surface surrounding the damage.
|
6.
|
Spray with Terokal primer 150. Allow to dry for 10 - 15 minutes or until the surface has become totally mat.

|
Fill with Terokal 9225. Allow to dry for two hours.
|
8.
|
Grind with a low-speed machine, 180 paper. Continue with paper 240 and then 320. Finally, grind with 500 paper.

|
Apply a thin layer of Terokal primer 150. If there are any pores or small scratches, they can be filled with Standox Stando-soft-feinplastic with a maximum thickness of 1.0 mm.

10.
|
Paint according to the paint manufacturer's recommendations.
