Flame detector, auxiliary heater

To remove



1. Remove the heater, see alternatively .

2. Remove the cover over the blower fan.

Important

Note the fuel pipe rubber leadthrough.


3. Loosen the four bolts on the control module, remove the cover with air intake and carefully bend out the control module.

4. Remove the connector and remove the control module from the heater.


5. Open the connector B2 and pull out the pins for the flame detector. Use tool 85 80 110.


6. Remove the flame detector.


To fit



1. Fit the flame detector.

2. Plug in the flame detector leads in connector B2.

Important

Note the positions of the leads when fitting.


3. Fit connector B2 to the control module.


4. Fit the cover with air intake and control module.


5. Fit the cover.

Note the fuel pipe rubber leadthrough.


6. Fit the heater, see alternatively .
