Background

It has been found that a number of test cable assemblies, part No. (16) 86 12 319, are defective.

Procedure

Check the cable assembly by connecting a multimeter to pin 105 at both ends. If there is continuity between the pins, the cable assembly is OK. If not, put in a claim for the cable assembly in the usual manner.
