Injector Circuit Cylinder 4. Open / Short to Ground.

Injector Circuit Cylinder 4. Short to B+.

The engine is running on only 3 cylinders, CHECK ENGINE lamp (MIL) comes on

Conditions

Break or short circuit to ground/B+ in the circuit to pin 35.
