Throttle Return Spring. Too Low Force. NOTE. May set if Mechanism is not Reset.

Conditions
The following conditions apply for this DTC:

Throttle motor receiving close to 0% PWM in opening direction for 4 sec.

Diagnostic help
Throttle return spring is too weak.
Checking the wiring
Jiggle the wiring harness at several points and in different directions to detect intermittent breaks and short circuits. Observe the multimeter, diagnostic tool or test lamp during the check.
