start the fault diagnostic procedure.
Symptom: Fuel shut-off.
Throttle moved manually when engine was running. NOTE. May set if Mechanism is not Reset

Conditions
The following conditions apply for this DTC:

Engine running and has been running for at least 5 sec.

Throttle motor receiving 100% PWM in closing direction.

Diagnostic help
The diagnostic trouble code does not indicate a fault but is for information only. Avoid moving the throttle arm. Use the pedal arm if it is necessary to increase engine speed when working on the engine.
Checking the wiring
Jiggle the wiring harness at several points and in different directions to detect intermittent breaks and short circuits. Observe the multimeter, diagnostic tool or test lamp during the check.
