Fault symptoms

•	Engine will not start.

Conditions

The following conditions apply for this DTC:

•	Ignition ON and main relay voltage exceeding 10 V.

•	Immobilizer code from TWICE incorrect or missing.

Diagnostic help

Fault diagnosis concerns electrical fault in connecting leads or in one of the sensors.

Functions in the diagnostic tool related to the fault:

•	Group FUEL CUT, reading: Trouble Code Detected, unit ON/OFF

Program immobilizer code in TWICE after fitting new control module (Trionic T7, TWICE or MIU).

Checking the wiring

Jiggle the wiring harness at several points and in different directions to detect intermittent breaks and short circuits. Observe the multimeter, diagnostic tool or test lamp during the check.
