|
Unplug the two-pin connector from the control valve.
|
|
2.
|
Fold up the bonnet sealing strip by the control valve mounting plate.
|
|
3.
|
Carefully pull the mounting plate outward and unhook it from the edge of the bulkhead. Lift up the unit.
|
|
4.
|
Mark the vacuum hoses and detach them from the valve.
|
|
5.
|
Drill out the pop rivets securing the control valve to the mounting plate.
|
|

|
Fasten a new valve to the mounting plate with pop rivets.
|
|
2.
|
Connect the vacuum hoses to the valve.
|
|
3.
|
Fit the mounting plate.
|
|
4.
|
Fit the bonnet sealing strip.
|
|
5.
|
Spray the two-pin connector with Kontakt 61 (part no. 30 04 520) and connect it to the control valve.
