Read the instructions below then start the fault diagnostic procedure.

Symptom: One of the listed lamps does not work.

This applies to the following lamps:


- Central warning lamp

- Door indicator lamp with associated doors

- Direction indicator repeater lamp, LH

- Direction indicator repeater lamp, RH

- Indicator lamp INFO DISPL

- Indicator lamp, rear fog light

- Selector lever position indicator lamps (P, R, N, D, 3, 2, 1)

- Fuel reserve indicator lamp

- Warning lamp, brake fluid level


Fault symptoms

One of the listed lamps does not work.

Diagnostic help

The lamps can be activated with the diagnostic tool.

Check the wiring harness

Jiggle the wiring harness at several points and in different directions to detect intermittent breaks and short-circuits in the leads. Observe the multimeter, test lamp or diagnostic tool during the test.
