Wing liners

| Removing |
| 1. |
Raise the car and remove the front wheel.

| 2. |
Remove the mudflap by removing 1 the plastic nut and 3 screws in the wheel housing.

Remove the wing liner's 3 retaining screws and 3 plastic rivets in the wheel housing.

Remove the retaining screw that secures the front end of the wing liner to the air shield and the retaining screw that secures the wing liner to the bumper.

| 5. |
Release the wing liner clasp from the front wing using a screwdriver and remove the wing liner from the wheel housing.

| Fitting |
| 1. |
Fit the wing liner to the front wing by pressing the clasps back into place.
|
|
| 2. |
Fit the retaining screw that secures the front end of the wing liner to the air shield and the retaining screw that secures the wing liner to the bumper.

| 3. |
Fit the wing liner's 3 retaining screws and 3 plastic rivets in the wheel housing.

| 4. |
Fit the plastic mudflap nuts and 3 screws.
|
|
| 5. |
Fit the front wheel and lower the car.

Saab 9-3 Viggen:
Use nuts, part no. 47 41 203, on the two weld studs in the wheel housing behind the wheel. Cut the weld studs to a max. length of 11 mm, measured from the body panel. Grind the nuts to a thickness of 8 mm
