Bonnet hinges


To remove


1. Open the bonnet and remove the windscreen wipers.

Note

The wipers are of differing length, mark the wiper position before removing.


2. Remove the bonnet seal moulding by the bulkhead.


3. Remove the cover panel (2 retaining bolts).

4. Protect the bonnet and the front wings and remove the hinge from the bonnet.


5. Remove the hinge from the front wing (3 retainer bolts, the sheet metal bolt is also the retaining bolt for the wing).


To fit

Fit in reverse order.
