Base solid paints with clear enamel
Cirrus White will be successively changed from normal solid paint to base solid finish paint with clear enamel during the model year. Monte Carlo Yellow will remain as solid paint during M99. The is a great risk of mistaking these colour systems when repainting.Cars with base solid finish paint are marked with BASE SOLID on the colour code and tyre pressure label. The label is located on the bottom of the front left wing.
Ordinary single layer solid paint with clear enamel is not quality approved by Saab Automobile AB.
Spray and enamel applicators can be used as usual for smaller repairs.
