Dismantling |
1. |
Drive the car on to a lift and raise it.

Open the bonnet.

3. |
Detach the purge hose with the service port from the rubber hose on the EVAP purge valve.

4. |
Detach the purge line from the securing clip.
|
5. |
Separate the service port from the line by carefully cutting off the purge hose with a sharp knife, scalpel, or similar tool.

To fit |

1. |
Press the purge line on to the service port using tool 83 94 546.
|
2. |
Connect the service port to the rubber hose on the EVAP purge valve.

Secure the purge line with the clip.

4. |
Pressurize the system and check for any leaks in the service port installation.
