Conditions
If the seal in the right-hand wheel housing has come loose and is located incorrectly, it may be possible to hear noise from the bypass valve inside the car.
Procedure
Make sure the wheel housing seal is in place by removing the lamp cluster. Move away the lamp and look up into the wheel housing with a torch.
If the wheel housing seal is not in place, refit it as instructed below.

Remove the wing liner.

Extract the seal and clean the edges.
|
4.
|
Affix butyl tape along the edge of the seal as illustrated.

6.
|
Fit the wing liner, wheel and lamp cluster.
|
7.
|
Test drive and check that the noise from the bypass valve cannot be heard.
