Fault symptoms
The intermittent windscreen wipers are either not working or the wipers are in constant motion.
Circumstances
The control module output is monitored and a DTC generated if there is a:| • |
Break/short circuit to ground.

| • |
Short circuit to B+.
|
|
DTCs are not generated when the voltage is below 11 V and the diagnostic communication is in use.
