1.	Unplug the transmission control module connector.

2.	Check to make sure that the car does not move when the selector lever is in position N.

3.	Check to make sure that the car does not move when the selector lever is in position N.

4.	Check to make sure that the P-interlock engages properly in position P. Selector lever position P R N D 3 2 1 Gear P R N 4 4 3 3
