Adjustment of the cable adjuster


Before adjusting the cable adjuster, the handbrake shoes must be adjusted.


1. Apply the handbrake 2 notches.

2. Raise the car.

3. Tighten the nut on the pull rod until the handbrake starts to act.

4. Lower the car slightly.

5. Release and then apply the handbrake once again. The wheels must be locked at 3-6 notches.

6. Lower the car and check the handbrake function.
