Changing the rear bumper shell, Viggen

Removing



1. Remove the bumper, see . Place it on a surface where it will be well protected.

2. Remove the upper cell block.

3. Remove the bumper rail from the protective shell by removing it from the 14 retaining clips that secure it to the protective shell.

4. Remove the cell section from the protective shell (wedged into the protective shell retaining corners).


Fitting



1. Press the cell section into the protective shell.

2. Refit the rail in the protective shell.

Note

The rail should be positioned correctly by means of the locating stud.


3. Fit the upper cell block.

4. Refit the bumper, see
