Outer scuff plate, 3D

/ 9-3 (9400) / 2000 / 8. Body / Exterior / Adjustment/replacement / Outer scuff plate, 3D

Removing

1.	Remove the mudguard

2.	Remove the sill moulding.

3.	Remove the plastic nuts securing the sill scuff plate.

4.	Remove the front sill scuff plate from the weld bolts.

5.	Remove the rear sill scuff plate from the weld screws. Pull the sill scuff plate rearwards to loosen it from the guide at the top edge.

Fitting

1.	Refit the sill scuff plate by pushing it on to the guides in the top, then press the plastic nuts into place.

2.	Guide in the front sill scuff plate in the wheel housing and fit it over top of the weld screws.

3.	Tighten the plastic nuts.

4.	Fit the lower moulding.

5.	Fit the mudguard.
