Outer sill wideners, large 5D Viggen

Unscrew the three screws and drill out the plastic rivet to remove the mudflap.
|
|
2.
|
Remove the plastic nuts securing the sill scuff plate.
|
|
3.
|
Remove the sill scuff plate.
|
|
4.
|
Detach the scuff plate from the weld screws and pull it rearwards to remove it from the guides in the top.
|
|

|
Fit the scuff plate in place by sliding it onto the guides in the top and the weld screw by the rear wheel housing.
|
|
2.
|
Refit the sill scuff plate.
|
|
3.
|
Tighten the plastic nuts.
|
|
4.
|
Refit the mudflap and fit a new plastic rivet.
|
