HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
Irritation to eyes and respiratory system. Prolonged contact with skin, particularly damaged skin, may cause sensitization or dermatitis in sensitive individuals.

Inhalation

Low volatility. In case of discomfort, move to fresh air.

Wash immediately with plenty of soap and water. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.

Rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

For large spills, confine and absorb with sand, earth or similar absorbent material and place in sealed container for disposal. For small spills wipe up with paper towel and place in container for disposal.

Advice for safe handling
|
No special handling requirements. Prolonged or repeated skin contact should be avoided to minimize any risk of sensitisation. Use in a well-ventilated area.

Storage instructions
|
Store in original containers at 8°C-21°C and do not return residual materials to containers as contamination may reduce the shelf life of the bulk product.

EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION
In circumstances where there is a potential for prolonged or repeated skin contact, the use of disposable gloves (polyethylene, natural rubber or equivalent ester-resistant material) is recommended. Use of Loctite applicator equipment is recommended.

DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS
Disposal considerations
|
After use, packaging containing residual product should be disposed of as "chemically contaminated waste" in accordance with local and national regulations. Large quantities of unused products may be disposed as chemical waste after polymerizing by adding Loctite Activator 7638 or 7641. Incinerate or bury in accordance with local and national regulations. Contribution of this product to waste is very insignificant in comparison to articles in which it is used.
