7. Outer and inner drive joint boots, check/adjust
8. Ball joint clearance, outer and inner steering joints and rubber boots, check/adjust
9. Exhaust system and mountings: leaks and condition, check/adjust
10. Tire pressure, tread depth and wear, including spare, check/adjust
11. Tires, rotate front to rear
12. Fuel system; leaks and damages, check/adjust
13. Engine coolant freezing point and level, check/adjust
14. Engine cooling system, hoses and cap, check/adjust
15. Automatic transmission oil level and condition, check/adjust
16. Brake fluid level, check/adjust
17. Power steering fluid level, check/adjust
18. Drive belt condition, check/replace
19. Battery: state of charge and electrolyte level; clean terminals if necessary
20. Wiper blades, check blades
21. Washer system: check and top-up
22. Door hinges, stops and locks, check/adjust
23. Safety belts: operation and visual inspection of belts for tears or fraying

25. Road test. Check performance of drive train, steering and brakes and verify tire balance. Check function of instruments and controls, including horn, windshield wipers, cruise control and ciimate system. Note any noises or problems for correction.
