Oil filter

To remove



1. Remove the engine cover.

2. Detach the hose from the intake manifold. Bend the hose out of the way.

3. Take off the lid on the oil filter housing and remove the oil filter.

Note

A 36 mm socket is required.



To fit



1. Change O-rings.

2. Fit a new oil filter and tighten the lid on the oil filter housing.

Tightening torque: 25.5 Nm (19 lbf ft).

3. Connect the hose to the intake manifold and fit the engine cover.

4. Fill with engine oil as specified, see

5. Start the engine and let it run until the oil pressure warning lamp goes out. Stop the engine and check the oil level. Top up if necessary.
