To remove



1. Remove the timing cover, see .

2. Remove the pump cover from the timing cover and take out the pump impeller.


To fit



1. Clean all the parts and surfaces and check them for wear. Replace as necessary.

2. Insert the pump impeller.

3. Place the pump cover in the correct position and tighten the bolts.

Tightening torque: 8 Nm (6 lbf ft).

4. Fit the timing cover, see .
