Remove the engine cover.

Disconnect and remove the battery.
|
3. |
Loosen the battery tray and move it aside.
|
4. |
Remove the hoses from the induction manifold and the turbocharger delivery pipe.

Loosen the power steering fluid pipe from the brackets on the radiator crossmember and under the battery tray as well as remove the bracket on the radiator crossmember.

Disconnect the venting hose from the radiator cross member, cut of the cable ties and move aside the hose.

7. |
Unplug the radiator fan electric connections and remove the connectors from the fan cowling.
|
8. |
Loosen the power steering fluid reservoir from the bracket and move aside the reservoir and pipe.
|
9. |
Remove the fan cowling attaching bolts, cut any cable ties and lift up the fan cowling.
|
10. |
Remove the nuts that secure the radiator fan to the fan cowling, release the resistor, remove the connectors from the fan cowling and remove the fan.

To fit |

Fit the radiator fan into correct position in the fan cowling and tighten down with the nuts.

2. |
Press the connectors on to the fan cowling and fit the resistor.
|
3. |
Fit the fan cowling to the radiator and tighten the bolts.
|
4. |
Fixate the lower coolant hose to the fan cowling.
|
5. |
Fit the power steering fluid reservoir bracket on the radiator crossmember and fixate the pipe.

6. |
Refit the power steering fluid reservoir.
|
7. |
Plug in the connections for the radiator fan.
|
8. |
Reconnect the venting hose and fixate it to the radiator crossmember.
|
9. |
Connect the hoses to the turbocharger delivery pipe and the induction manifold.
|
10. |
Refit the battery tray.
|
11. |
Fit and reconnect the battery.
|
12. |
Adjust the clock in the car and press 5 times on the remote control lock/unlock button.
|
13. |
Fit the engine cover.
