Conditions
The following conditions apply for the DTC in question:

The diagnostic trouble code indicates a short circuit to ground or a break in the circuit between pin 24 on the control module and pin 4 on the EGR valve.

EGR feedback signal is less than 5% PWM for more than 0.6 seconds.
