To remove



1. Right side

Remove the intermediate shaft, see Drive shafts, Adjustment/replacement, intermediate shaft .

Left side:

Tilt out the drive shaft, see Drive shafts, Adjustment/replacement, Drive shaft .

2. Remove the seal using a large, bent screwdriver.


To fit



1. Lubricate the new seal and fit it using special tool 83 90 122.

2. Right side

Fit the intermediate shaft, see Drive shafts, Adjustment/replacement, intermediate shaft .

Left side:

Position the drive shaft, see Drive shafts, Adjustment/replacement, Drive shaft .
