Bearing by 1st gear pinion on the input shaft

To remove


1. Mount the shaft in a press with 87 91 121 Puller ring or 87 92 830 Puller ring, 12-teeth manual gearbox and 87 90 636 Fixture .


2. Press the bearing off the shaft.


To fit



1. Fit a new bearing. Be sure to turn the bearing in the correct direction. Press the bearing to the stop with the sleeve from 87 91 261 Puller, pinion .

Important

When placing the shaft in a press, take care not to damage its surfaces.
