Remove the power steering pump, see

Press in the end cover with a puller and remove the circlip through the hole in the pump housing.
|
3.
|
Remove the end cover by lightly tapping the pump housing against a vice or similar until the cover comes loose.
|
4.
|
Remove the O-ring from the end cover.
|
5.
|
Remove the thrust washer and the end cover.
|
6.
|
Remove the O-ring from the pump housing.
|
7.
|
Remove the circlip from the pump shaft.
|
8.
|
Remove the pump shaft with belt pulley.
|
9.
|
Remove the rotor, pump vanes, pump ring and inner end plate as one unit.

|
Remove the pump shaft seal.
|

Fit the pump shaft seal.
|
2.
|
Fit the O-ring into the pump housing.
|
3.
|
Place the rotor, pump vanes and pump ring together into the pump housing. Put the guides in place.
|
4.
|
Fit the pump shaft and pump shaft circlip.
|
5.
|
Fit the end plate and thrust washer into the pump housing.
|
6.
|
Fit the end plate O-ring.
|
7.
|
Fit the end plate and press it in using a puller. Place a sleeve between the puller and the end cover.
