Adjustment of front and rear doors

The door is guided into the correct position by a tapered pin in a tapered hole.

Fine adjustment upwards:

Loosen the bolts and adjust.

Fine adjustment downwards, inwards and upwards

Grind down the lug 3-4 mm. Protect the paint when grinding.

Apply rust protector to the ground surface.

Fine adjustment rearwards

Grind down the lug as per above and place shims between the hinge sections.
