Not possible to control engine speed.
Idling set to 1400 rpm.

Conditions
The following conditions apply for this DTC:

|
Signal on control module sensor input is more than 4.7 V for more than 0.3 seconds.
Fault criteria not fulfilled for P1638 or P1639.
