Conditions
The following conditions apply for this fault symptom:

Noise caused by air leakage can be heard when accelerating with a cold engine.

Diagnostic procedure
|

|
Tighten the exhaust manifold screws to the cylinder head.
Tightening torque 25 Nm (19 lbf ft).
|

If the leak remains, replace the turbo gasket and check that the flanges are entire. See

|
Do
not
adjust the diaphragm box if the turbo is noisy.
