To remove |

Open the drain plug and empty all the coolant. Take off the expansion tank cap to speed up draining.

Detach the upper radiator hoses from the expansion tank.
|
3. |
Unplug the level sensor connector.
|
4. |
Remove the expansion tank retaining bolt.
|
5. |
Lift up the expansion tank and detach the bottom radiator hose.

To fit |
1. |
Connect the bottom radiator hose and refit the expansion tank.
|
2. |
Fit the expansion tank retaining bolt.
|
3. |
Plug in the level sensor connector.
|
4. |
Fit the upper radiator hoses to the expansion tank.
|
5. |
Make sure the radiator drain plug is tight, top up with coolant and check for leaks.
|
6. |
Start the engine and run it warm with the heater controls on max. heat until the radiator fans starts.
|
7. |
Check the coolant level and freezing point. Rectify if necessary.
