Adjusting the boot lid

The boot lid should be adjusted to the appearance of a good fit against the side panel.

A Fore-and-aft and lateral adjustment

Loosen the nuts that secure the boot lid to the hinges.

B Vertical

Loosen the bolts that secure the hinge to the side panel.

Turn the bolt that supports the closed boot lid at the front edge.

C Lock fittings

Loosen the bolts that secure the lock fitting and adjust until good lock function is achieved.
