Soft top cover

Removing


1. Remove the shell from the underside of the soft top cover.


2. Remove the screws that secure the collision cables to the soft top cover.

3. Mark the position for the screws securing the soft top cover latches.


4. Remove the screws and lift away the latches.

5. Remove the screws securing the access flaps. Loosen the flaps and turn them aside.

6. Mark the position for the soft top cover retaining nuts.

7. Remove the soft top cover retaining nuts and lift away the cover.


Fitting



1. Fit the soft top cover and tighten the retaining nuts according to the marking.

2. Fit the access flaps and tighten the screws.

3. Fit the latches and tighten down according to markings.

4. Fit the collision cables and tighten the screws. The end sleeves on each respective cable should point at each other.


Tightening torque: 14 Nm (10.3 lbf ft)

5. Refit the shell.
